Oazis Glass (Tbilisi, Georgia) imports and distributes glass bottles, jars and closures. This page explains what information we receive when you contact us through oazis.ge, Instagram (@oazis_glass) or our Facebook Page, and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send us in the quote form: name, company, email, phone, country and your message.
• Messages you send to our Instagram or Facebook inbox, including photos, and the public profile name Meta shares with us.
• Basic, anonymous website analytics (pages visited, device type).

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, prepare quotes, deliver orders and improve our website. We do not sell your information.

Automated replies

Our Instagram and Facebook inbox is answered first by an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic), which uses the text and photos you send to reply and to pass your request to our sales team. A person from our team can take over the conversation at any time; just ask for one.

Who processes it for us

Meta (Instagram, Messenger), Anthropic (AI replies), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (storing quote requests), Telegram (notifying our team) and PostHog (analytics). They process data only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and conversations are kept while we work with you and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email glassoazis@gmail.comor send "delete my data" to our Instagram or Facebook inbox, and we will remove it within 30 days.
